  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We begin processing your order as soon as it is I received. Please note that due to Covid-19 we are taking extra precautions in our distribution center, so orders may take longer than usual. Once the order is confirmed, it may take 7 to 10 business days to receive your goods.
  • What type of payments do we accept?
    We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard or you can pay by cash, at our local office. You can choose your payment method at the check out page when you place the order. Offline payment can be made at our local office; you can use a printed copy of the mail confirmation of order as reference for making the payment at local office. Orders will be processed only once after the payment is received.
  • Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
    Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible through our Live Chat or ring at +971 42869203.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    Credit cards are charged at the time of order placed.
  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?
    At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders on to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service via Live Chat or ring at +971 42869203.
  • Do you offer e-gift cards?
    Yes, we offer e-gift cards that are sent to the recipient by email. E-gift cards have no additional processing fees. E-gift cards are available in amounts of $35 - $250 and are redeemable only on
  • What are your shipping options?
    You can choose your shipping option from Air Freight, Courier (D2D), Postal or sea freight. Price for the sea freight is available offline and you can get on touch with our support team either via on store chat or via email.
  • How will my order ship?
    Orders can are shipped depending upon the delivery mode you chose while placing the order.  Please note that due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions in our distribution center.

  • Can I return damaged/defective products?
    If any item/product that you have received is found to be defective/damaged, has to be reported our local office within 24 hours and has to be returned to the local office within 48 hours of receiving the product. Returned items will be reviewed and refund will be credited to your Dubai Cartz wallet, which you can use for shopping with us. Customers will be eligible for the refund of only the price of the products purchased and not for shipping charges.
